Embraer to Highlight the Legacy 600 Executive Jet at ABACE

The aircraft's enhanced interior design will be on display in Hong Kong

(Sao Jose dos Campos, February 12, 2008) -- Embraer will be participating in the Asian
Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE), to be held February 14, from 9:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre at Hong Kong International Airport. In the static display, the Company will exhibit the Legacy 600 executive jet with the enhanced interior design.

"The economic development of China and of the Asia Pacific region has led to a flourishing executive aviation market, where our executive jets are enjoying great acceptance," said Guan Dongyuan, President, Embraer China.

Embraer will hold a press conference on February 14, at 11:00 a.m., in the ABACE Press Room, which will be attended by Capt. Manfred Baudzus, Embraer's Director of Marketing and Sales for Asia and Pacific, as well as other company executives.

"The Legacy 600 on display at ABACE showcases an enhanced interior design," said Capt. Manfred Baudzus. "The jet is ideal for premium travel in the region, and offers stylish comfort, ample space and convenient amenities, for both private and business customers, alike."
