CAE Achieves Level D Certification of 2 Falcon 7X Simulators

and receives Level D certification for G450/550 simulator

(Montreal, March 13, 2008) -- CAE achieved industry firsts with the receipt of Level D certification, the highest qualification for flight simulators, for two CAE-built Dassault Falcon 7X full-flight simulators (FFSs) located in CAE's Burgess Hill training centre in the U.K. and CAE's North East Training Centre (NETC) near Morristown, New Jersey. CAE also announced that a Gulfstream G450/550 full-flight simulator located in the NETC had been certified to Level D.

"Receiving Level D certification for the world's first Falcon 7X simulators and for the Gulfstream G450/550 simulator confirms that our customers are training on the highest quality flight training equipment," said Jeff Roberts, CAE's Group President, Innovation and Civil Training and Services. "CAE has a wealth of experience in developing simulators for new types of aircraft and these latest achievements reinforce our position as the leading provider of innovative simulation technology."

All three full-flight simulators were qualified by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA).
