Embraer Signs MRO Contract With the Brazilian AF

Agreement covers maintenance of 11 Embraer-made aircraft for five years

(Sao Jose dos Campos, April 1, 2008) -- Embraer and the Brazilian Air Force (Forca Aerea Brasileira - FAB) have signed an Embraer Executive Care (EEC) contract covering 11 aircraft for the next five years (2008-2012). The EEC is Embraer's Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) program for jets used for executive purposes and, in this case, for transporting government officials.

"We are pleased to sign the first support contract of this kind for Embraer's aircraft operating with the Brazilian Air Force," said Luiz Carlos Aguiar, Embraer Executive Vice President, Defense and Government Market.
