Embraer Launches New Maintenance Support Program

The ToT broadens the Company's customer services in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East

(Sao Jose dos Campos, April 16, 2008) -- Embraer officially launched the Tool on Time (ToT) program in the MRO USA 2008 Conference and Exhibition, April 15-17, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.. The new material solutions program offers an inventory of over 130 maintenance tools and ground support equipment, and is currently available for customers in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

"The Tool on Time is a natural improvement of our spare parts pooling program strategy," said Johann Bourdais, Aviation Services Sales and Contracts Senior Manager for Embraer Aviation International (EAI). "The program reflects the continuous improvement Embraer is bringing to its services portfolio, in order to offer a full support to operators who want not only to optimize their repairable part management, but also to apply this proven concept to the most critical tools and ground support equipment."
