ACTS and GE Sign MOU for CFM Small Fleet Operators in the Americas
(Evendale, Ohio, July 29, 2008) -- ACTS and GE signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today announcing that the ACTS Engine Maintenance Centre (EMC) is a GE fulfillment center for CFM* Small Fleet Operators located in the Americas.
ACTS will serve as the fulfillment center for engine repair, overhauls, and on wing and diagnostic services for select operators of the CFM56-2/-3/-5A and aEUR"5C located in the Americas. The agreement is estimated to contribute more than 100 new events at the ACTS EMC over the next five years, helping ACTS grow its clientele base and strengthen its Montreal operations.
Danny di Perna, Senior Vice President, Operations at ACTS commented on the significance of this new agreement.
